At SlideMyBio, all of our products are digital downloads; we do not ship any physical items.

Digital Products
Since digital files are available immediately, all sales are final once the download link has been provided. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products.

Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem, such as a corrupted file, failed download, or duplicate order, please contact us at info@slidemybio.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement download link. Refunds will only be issued in cases where the product cannot be accessed due to a technical error.

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, customers normally have a 14-day “cooling-off” period. However, this does not apply to digital content once you have started the download, provided you gave prior consent to waive this right at checkout. By purchasing from SlideMyBio, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
